1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid pintopin subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. This guarantee applies once per customer and per plan.
2. EU / UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. By starting to use a paid feature before the 14-day window ends, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Until that point, you may withdraw and receive a full refund.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel from your subscription page before the renewal date. We do not provide automatic refunds for renewal charges that were not cancelled in time, but we will consider partial pro-rata refunds in good faith if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not made substantive use of the renewed period.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Fees for the current billing period after the 14-day window if you have substantially used the paid features;
- Add-on or one-time purchases that have already been delivered or consumed (e.g. AI credit packs that have been used);
- Charges resulting from violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy that lead to account termination.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to billing@pintopin.lovable.app from the email address associated with your account, including:
- your account email / username,
- the order or transaction ID (from Paddle's receipt),
- a short reason for the refund request.
You may also contact Paddle directly via the Paddle Buyer Portal.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve it directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
