1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use pintopin. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
2. The Service
pintopin lets you create, organize and share visual “boards” of pins, links and notes. We may add, modify or remove features at any time. Beta features may change without notice.
3. User Content & License
You retain all rights to the content you submit (“User Content”). By posting User Content you grant pintopin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating, providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative or otherwise harmful content;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- scrape, mass-download, or use the Service to train AI models without our written consent;
- use the Service to send spam or interfere with other users.

5. Paid Plans & Billing
Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). When you purchase a subscription you are also agreeing to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Pricing, currency and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your subscription page; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
The pintopin name, logo, software and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no other rights are granted.
8. Content Removal & Account Suspension
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, with or without prior notice. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g. Paddle for payments, AI providers, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pintopin and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD 50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless pintopin from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
